1. Is it possible to order a full game if action pictures?

Yes! Call or Text Mary Kessenich at 778-240-2287 BEFORE the game date! There many games to cover, so please preorder or we may miss you. 

2. Do you photograph every game? No, there are too many games to cover them all. We shoot randomly for non-booked games, so we may miss you entirely if you do not pre-order a game. There will be game discount coupons at the team and solo photo sessions.

3. How can I order photos?

Go to our website, click on "ONLINE PHOTOS ARE HERE" and enter the access code for your tournament action or team and solo photos

4. Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."

5. How long will the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. Every order is reviewed before release (except game action photos which are automatically releassed).

6. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Yes! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads. We are a business and we sell professional sports photos, so we can't afford to give them away or have them stolen.

7. What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We are committed to the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We have many AI tools to upgrade images if they are not satisfactory.

8. Can I crop the images?

Yes, if you want to.You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you see a notice like  "your image will be cropped" you can ignore that. We will make sure that there are no improperly cropped images. 

9. How can I order my photos here?

Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.
